Article 335 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

يجوز للمحجوز عليه أن يرفع الدعوى بطلب وقع الحجز أمام قاضى التنفيذ الذى يتبعه ولا يحتج على المحجوز لديه برفع هذه الدعوى إلا إذا أبلغت إليه . ويترتب على إبلاغ المحجوز لديه بالدعوى منعه من الوفاء للحاجز إلا بعد الفصل فيها .
