Article 302 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

يجوز في أية حالة كانت عليها الإجراءات قبل إيقاع البيع إيداع مبلغ من النقود مساو للديون المحجوز من أجلها والفوائد والمصاريف يخصص للوفاء بها دون غيرها . ويترتب على هذا الإيداع زوال الحجز عن الأموال المحجوزة وانتقاله إلى المبلغ المودع .
وإذا وقعت بعد ذلك حجوز جديدة على المبلغ المودع فلا يكون لها أثر في حق من خصص لهم المبلغ .
