Article 292 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

يجوز في جميع الأحوال للمحكمة المرفوع إليها الاستئناف أو التظلم أن تأمر بناء على طلب ذى الشأن بوقف النفاذ المعجل إذا كان يخشى وقوع ضرر جسيم من التنفيذ وكانت أسباب الطعن في الحكم أو الأمر يرجح معها إلغاؤه .
ويجوز للمحكمة عندما تأمر بوقف التنفيذ أن توجب تقديم كفالة أو تأمر بما تراه كفيلا بصيانة حق المحكوم له .
