Article 281 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

يجب أن يسبق التنفيذ إعلان السند التنفيذى لشخص المدين أو في موطنه الأصلى و إلا كان باطلا .
ويجب أن يشتمل هذا الإعلان على تكليف المدين الوفاء وبيان المطلوب وتعيين موطن مختار لطالب التنفيذ في البلدة التي بها مقر محكمة التنفيذ المختصة .
ويجب عند الشروع في تنفيذ عقد رسمى يفتح اعتماد أن يعلن معه مستخرج بحساب المدين من واقع دفاتر الدائن التجارية .
ولا يجوز إجراء التنفيذ إلا بعد مضى يوم على الأقل من إعلان السند التنفيذى .
