يخطر قلم الكتاب محامى الخصوم الذين أودعوا مذكراتهم بتاريخ الجلسة المحددة قبل انعقادها بخمسة عشر يوما على الأقل وذلك بكتاب موصى عليه . وتدرج القضية في جدول الجلسة . ويعلق الجدول في قلم الكتاب قبل الجلسة بخمسة عشر يوما على الأقل ويبقى معلقا طوال المدة المذكورة .
