Article 24 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

إذا كان الإجراء باطلا وتوفرت فيه عناصر إجراء آخر فإنه يكون صحيحا باعتباره الإجراء الذى توفرت عناصره .
وإذا كان الإجراء باطلا فى شق منه فإن هذا الشق وحده هو الذى يبطل .
ولا يترتب على بطلان الإجراء بطلان الإجراءات السابقة عليه أو الإجراءات اللاحقة إذا لم تكن مبنية عليه .
