تصدر الأحكام بأغلبية الآراء فإذا لم تتوفر الأغلبية وتشعبت الآراء لأكثر من رأيين وجب أن ينضم الفريق الأقل عددا أو الفريق الذى يضم أحدث القضاة لأحد الرأيين الصادرين من الفريق الأكثر عددا وذلك بعد أخذ الآراء مرة ثانية .
