بطلان صحف الدعاوى وإعلانها وبطلان أوراق التكليف بالحضور الناشئ عن عيب فى الإعلان أو فى بيان المحكمة أو فى تاريخ الجلسة يزول بحضور المعلن إليه فى الجلسة أو بإيداع مذكرة بدفاعه .
