يمنح مجلس الأكاديمية بناء على طلب مجالس كلياتها ومعاهدها الدرجات العلمية والإجازات الدالة على النجاح فى الدورات الدراسية المبينة فى اللائحة التنفيذية.
وتحدد اللوائح التنفيذية للكليات والمعاهد كل فيما يخصها الشروط الأخرى اللازمة للحصول على هذه الدرجات والإجازات.
ولا تمنح تلك الدرجات إلا لمن أدى بنجاح جميع الامتحانات المقررة للحصول عليها الواردة فى أحكام اللائحة التنفيذية.
