يجوز بقرار من وزير الدفاع عند الاقتضاء الاستعانة فى الكليات والمعاهد التابعة للأكاديمية بأعضاء هيئة تدريس وباحثين أجانب من ذوى الكفاءة بصفة أعضاء هيئة التدريس زائرين لمدة مؤقتة ويكون ذلك باقتراح من مدير الأكاديمية بناء على طلب مجلس الكلية أو المعهد.
