تصدر اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون بقرار من وزير المالية خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل به وإلى أن تصدر هذه اللائحة تسرى أحكام اللوائح المالية والتعليمات الصادرة من وزارة المالية المعمول بها حاليا وذلك فيما لا يتعارض مع أحكام هذا القانون .
