تشكل بقرار من وزير المالية لجنة فنية دائمة تختص باقتراح القواعد التنفيذية التى يقتضيها تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون ووضع نظم المعلومات التى تكفل إعداد البيانات والنتائج التحليلية اللازمة لرسم السياسات المالية ولرفع كفاءة أداء الخدمات التى تؤديها الوحدات الإدارية وتطوير النظم المحاسبية وفقا للأساليب الفنية المتقدمة .
