على رؤساء الجهات الإدارية إبلاغ وزارة المالية والجهاز المركزى للمحاسبات
بما يقع فى هذه الجهات من حوادث الاختلاس والسرقة والحريق والإهمال والتبديد وما فى
حكمها ، وعلى هذه الجهات بالاشتراك مع ممثلى وزارة المالية وضع نظم الرقابة الداخلية
اللازمة لتجنب مثل هذه الحوادث ، وتوضح اللائحة التنفيذية الإجراءات الواجب اتخاذها
فى هذه الحالات .
