جميع الهيئات العامة الاقتصادية والصناديق والحسابات الخاصة ، وذلك طبقا للقواعد
المطبقة في هذه الجهات .

يجوز للأشخاص العامة غير الخاضعة لهذا القانون أن تطلب الاستعانة
بوزارة المالية لإجراء الرقابة قبل الصرف على حساباتها طبقا للقواعد المطبقة فى هذه
الجهات وعلى وزارة المالية أن تستجيب لهذا الطلب .
