مع عدم الإخلال بحكم المادة (36) من هذا القانون ، يعاقب كل متخلف عن التجنيد متى جاوزت سنه الثلاثين عاما بالحبس وغرامة لا تقل عن عشرين ألف جنيه ولا تزيد على مائة ألف جنيه ، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين .

مع عدم الإخلال بحكم المادة (36) يعاقب كل متخلف عن مرحلة الفحص أو التجنيد متى جاوزت سنة الثلاثين عاما بالحبس وغرامة لا تقل عن ثلاثة آلاف جنيه ولا تزيد على عشرة آلاف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

مع عدم الاخلال بحكم المادة ( ٣٦ ) يعاقب كل متخلف عن مرحلة الفحص أو التجنيد جاوزت سنه الثلاثين أو الحادية والثلاثين حسب الأحوال بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنتين وغرامة لا تقل عن خمسمائة جنيه ولا تزيد على ألف جنيه أو باحدى هاتين العقوبتين .
