تفرض الخدمة العسكرية على كل مصري من الذكور أتم الثامنة عشرة من عمره وتفرض الخدمة الوطنية على من أتم الثامنة عشرة من الذكور والاناث ، وذلك كله وفقا للأحكام المقررة في هذا القانون .
