تعتمد الجداول الملحقة بهذا القانون وتعتبر مكملة له . ويجوز لوزير الصحة العمومية أن يصدر قرارا بإضافة أية مادة أخرى اليها. كما له أن يحذف منها أية مادة تكون مدرجة بها .
وتنشر تعديلات الجداول فى الجريدة الرسمية ولا تعتبر جزءا من الجداول المذكورة إلا بعد ٣٠ يوما من تاريخ نشرها .
