يجوز لوزير الصحة العمومية بعد أخذ رأى نقابة الصيادلة أن يرخص لصيدلى لا تتوافر فيه الشروط المنصوص عليها فى المادة (٢) فى مزاولة مهنة الصيدلة فى مصر للمدة اللازمة لتأدية ما تكلفه به الحكومة أو المؤسسات الصيدلية الأهلية على ألا تتجاوز هذه المدة سنتين قابلتين للتجديد مرة واحدة وذلك إذا كان هذا الصيدلى من المشهود لهم بالتفوق فى فرع من فروع الصيدلة وكانت خدماته لازمة لعدم توافر أمثاله فى مصر .
