يجوز لوزير الصحة العمومية بعد أخذ رأى مجلس نقابة الصيادلة أن يرخص للصيادلة الفلسطينيين اللاجئين الذين أجبرتهم الظروف القهرية الدولية على مغادرة بلادهم والالتجاء الى مصر للإقامة الى أن تستقر حالة بلادهم ، فى مزاولة مهنتهم بالجمهورية المصرية لمدة أقصاها سنة قابلة للتجديد مع إعفائهم من تأدية الامتحان المنصوص عليه فى المادة ( ٣ ) بشرط حصولهم على الدبلوم المنصوص عليه فى المادة ( ٢ ).
