كل مخالفة لأحكام المادة ٧٥ يعاقب مرتكبها بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة جنيهات ولا تزيد على عشرين جنيها . وتوقع العقوبة على كل من البائع وصاحب المؤسسة ومديرها .
وكل مخالفة لأحكام المادة ٧٦ يعاقب مرتكبها بالعقوبات المنصوص عليها فى القانون رقم ١٦٣ لسنة ١٩٥٠ المشار اليه .
