يعاقب بالعقوبات المنصوص عليها فى المادة السابقة كل شخص غير مرخص له فى مزاولة المهنة يعلن عن نفسه بأى وسيلة من وسائل النشر إذا كان من شأن ذلك أن يحمل الجمهور على الاعتقاد بأن له الحق فى مزاولة مهنة الصيدلة وكذلك كل صيدلى يسمح لكل شخص غير مرخص له فى مزاولة مهنة الصيدلة بمزاولتها باسمه فى أية مؤسسة صيدلية .
