يجوز للصيدلى بعد موافقة وزارة الصحة العمومية أن يصنع فى صيدليته مستحضرات صيدلية خاصة به ويشترط أن تكون الصيدلية مجهزة بجميع الأدوات والآلات اللازمة لصنع وتحليل تلك المستحضرات ومستوفاة للشروط التى تضعها الوزارة .
