يجب أن يكون بكل من مصانع المستحضرات الصيدلية معمل للتحاليل مزود بالأدوات والأجهزة اللازمة لفحص الخامات الواردة للصنع ومنتجاته ويشرف على هذا المعمل صيدلى أو أكثر من غير الصيادلة المكلفين بتجهيز المستحضرات أو المتحصلات بالمصنع . ويكون الصيدلى المحلل مسئولا مع الصيدلى مدير المصنع عن جودة الأصناف المنتجة وصلاحيتها للاستعمال .
