الترخيص للوسيط شخصى وعلى الوسطاء إخطار الوزارة أولا بأول عن كل مصنع جديد يمثلونه أو يتنازلون عن تمثيله وأن يرسلوا فى شهر ديسمبر من كل سنة كشفا باسم المصنع أو المصانع التى يمثلونها .
