تستمر مجالس إدارة الجمعيات التعاونية للثروة المائية القائمة وقت العمل بهذا القانون في مباشرة أعمالها إلى أن يتم تشكيل المجالس الجديدة وفقا لأحكامه في مدة أقصاها ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ إعادة شهر هذه الجمعيات .
