وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية الحد الأقصى لمجموع ما يتقاضاه عضو مجلس الإدارة من مكافآت وحوافز وبدلات أو أية مزايا أخرى نقدية أو عينية خلاف مصاريف الانتقال وبدلات السفر وبدلات التفرغ المقررة عن السنة المالية الواحدة .
