يرأس الجمعية العمومية رئيس مجلس الإدارة أو من ينوب عنه من أعضاء مجلس الإدارة وعند غيابهما يتولى رئاستها أكبر أعضاء مجلس الإدارة من الحاضرين سنا وعند غياب جميع أعضاء مجلس الإدارة يرأس الاجتماع أكبر الأعضاء الحاضرين سنا .
