لا تسرى على الجمعيات التعاونية الخاضعة لأحكام القانون المرافق أحكام القانون رقم ٣١٧
لسنة ١٩٥٦ ، والقانون رقم ١٢٨ لسنة ١٩٥٧ ويلغى القانون رقم ٥١ لسنة ١٩٦٩ .
كما يلغى كل نص يخالف أحكام هذا القانون .
