بتحديد الجهة الإدارية المختصة فى تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون ، على أنه بالنسبة للاتحاد
التعاونى الزراعى المركزى يعتبر وزير الزراعة هو الوزير المختص والجهة الإدارية المختصة .
