مع مراعاة أحكام المادة السابقة يجب على الجمعيات التعاونية الزراعية القائمة وقت
العمل بهذا القانون أن تعدل أوضاعها ونظمها الداخلية وأن تعيد شهرها طبقا لأحكامه
خلال سنة من تاريخ العمل به وإلا وجب حلها بقرار من الوزير المختص .
وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية إجراءات إعادة الشهر .
