المؤسسون هم الذين يشتركون فى انشاء جمعية تعاونية ويوقعون
عقد تأسيسها ويتولون اعداد نظامها الداخلى ويكونون مسئولين بالتضامن عما
يرتبه انشاء الجمعية من التزامات وعن كافة الأموال المكتتب بها لحين تسليمها
لأول مجلس ادارة كما يرد اليهم ما تقرره الجمعية العمومية من مصروفات .
