مع عدم الإخلال بما نصت عليه المادة (٤٥) يضع مجلس إدارة الاتحاد لائحة بنظام العاملين بالجمعيات التعاونية المحلية متعددة الأغراض متضمنة قواعد التعيين والإعارة والندب والنقل وحقوق وواجبات العاملين وقواعد وإجراءات التأديب .
وتضع باقى الجمعيات التعاونية الأخرى لوائحها التى يقرها الاتحاد .
وتعتمد اللوائح المشار إليها فى هذه المادة بقرار من وزير الزراعة .
