يجوز لمثلى الجهة الإدارية المختصة حضور اجتماعات مجلس الإدارة والجمعيات العمومية دون أن يكون لهم صوت معدود ، ويكون لهم فى حدود اختصاصهم حق المناقشة وإبداء الرأى وإثبات اعتراضاتهم على القرارات المخالفة .
