لمجلس الإدارة ولكل ذى مصلحة أن يطعن فى قرار وقف التنفيذ أمام المحكمة الابتدائية المختصة وذلك خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ إبلاغ مجلس الإدارة قرار الوقف و إلا اعتبر القرار نهائيا وتفصل فيه المحكمة على وجه الاستعجال و بغير مصروفات .
