يخطر مجلس الادارة الجهة الإدارية المختصة بصورة من محضر اجتماع الجمعية العمومية ، وذلك خلال ثلاثة أيام من تاريخ انعقاد كل جلسة ، وعلى مراجعى الحسابات والمصفين إخطار هذه الجهة بصورة من تقارير الموقف المالى عند الإدماج وذلك خلال أسبوع من تاريخ إتمام المراجعة أو التصفية .
