تتولى الجهة الإدارية المختصة الإشراف والتوجيه والتحقق من تطبيق القوانين واللوائح والتعليمات المالية والإدارية بالجمعيات التعاونية ، ولها فى سبيل ذلك فحص أعمالها والتفتيش عليها .
وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية طريقة قيام الجهة الإدارية المختصة بمهامها واختصاصاتها ومستوياتها .
