مع عدم الإخلال برقابة الجهاز المركزى للحاسبات تباشر الدولة سلطتها فى الرقابة على الجمعيات التعاونية بواسطة الوزير المختص والجهة الإدارية المختصة ، وتكون هذه الجهة بفروعها الجهاز المعاون للوزير والمحافظ المختص وذلك فى حدود أحكام هذا القانون .
