لا يجوز أن تنشأ فى المنطقة الواحدة أكثر من جمعية تعاونية زراعية
من نوع واحد فى البنيان الواحد الا بقرار من المحافظ المختص فى نطاق المحافظة ،
وبقرار من الوزير المختص اذا كانت منطقة عملها تشمل أكثر من محافظة أو على
مستوى الجمهورية .
