يجوز تكليف أحد أعضاء مجلس الإدارة بأداء مهمة خاصة مقابل حوافز يقررها له المجلس ..
وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية الحد الأقصى لمجموع مايتقاضاه عضو مجلس الإدارة من مكافآت وحوافز وبدلات أو أى مزايا أخرى نقدية أو عينية خلاف مصاريف الانتقال وبدلات السفر المقررة من كافة وحدات البنيان التعاونى عن السنة المالية الواحدة .
