يكون اجتماع الجمعية العمومية غير العادية صحيحا بحضور ثلثى عدد الأعضاء على الأقل فإذا لم يتوافر هذا العدد دعيت للانعقاد خلال خمسة عشر يوما من الاجتماع الأول ويكون انعقادها فى هذه الحالة بحضور ثلث عدد أعضائها ، ولايجوز دعوة الجمعية غير العادية للنظر فيمادعيت من أجله إذا لم يتوافر هذا العدد قبل مضى ستة أشهر من تاريخ عدد تكامل اجتماعها الثانى .
وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية كيفية اجتماع الجمعية العمومية اجتماعا غير عادى واجراءاته .
