فى تطبيق أحكام قانون العقوبات تعتبر أموال الجمعية حكم الأموال
العامة ويعتبر العاملون بها وأعضاء مجالس ادارتها فى حكم الموظفين العمومين ، كما تعتبر
أوراق الجمعية وسجلاتها وأختامها فى حكم الأوراق والأختام والسجلات الرسمية .
ولا يجوز نقلها من مقر الجمعية إلا وفقا للقانون .
