تكون أسهم الجمعية اسمية وغير قابلة للتجزئة ولا يجوز الحجز
عليها الا بسبب ديون الجمعية ، وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية كيفية الوفاء بقيمة
الأسهم والحصص واستردادها والتنازل عنها ، وكيفية الاكتتاب فى الأسهم
التى تصدرها كل من الجمعيات المشتركة والمركزية والعامة وشروط هذا
الاكتتاب وقيمته .
