يمتنع على قاضى التحضير نظر الدعاوى التى سبق أن باشر إجراءات الوساطة فيها .
ويجوز لقاضى التحضير ولذوى الشأن فى حالة وجود مانع من مباشرته
لإجراءات التحضير والوساطة التقدم بطلب إلى رئيس الهيئة للنظر فى استبدال آخر به ،
وعلى رئيس الهيئة البت فى الطلب خلال ثلاثة أيام على الأكثر من تاريخ تقديمه .
