لقاضى التحضير عقد جلسة أو عدة جلسات بين الأطراف منفردين أو مجتمعين
يراعى فيها الالتزام بالقواعد والأعراف المقررة فى هذا الشأن ، وتعتبر هذه الجلسات سرية ،
ولا يجوز الاحتجاج بها أو بما تم فيها من تنازلات من أطراف النزاع أمام أى محكمة
أو جهة أخرى .
