Article 7 bis (b) of the Economic Courts Law

يجرى التنفيذ بواسطة معاونى التنفيذ بناء على طلب ذوى الشأن متى سلم السند التنفيذى
إلى قاضى التنفيذ المختص .
فإذا امتنع معاون التنفيذ عن القيام بأى إجراء من إجراءات التنفيذ ، كان لصاحب الشأن
أن يرفع الأمر بعريضة إلى قاضى التنفيذ .
وإذا وقعت مقاومة أو تعد على معاون التنفيذ ، وجب عليه أن يتخذ جميع الوسائل التحفظية ،
وله فى سبيل ذلك بعد عرض الأمر على قاضى التنفيذ ، أن يطلب معونة القوة العامة
والسلطة المحلية .
