تختص الدوائر الابتدائية بالمحاكم الاقتصادية بنظر قضايا الجنح المنصوص عليها في القوانين المشار إليها في المادة (4) من هذا القانون، ويكون استئنافها أمام الدوائر الاستئنافية بالمحاكم الاقتصادية، على أن تسري على الطعون في الأحكام الصادرة من الدوائر الابتدائية بالمحاكم الاقتصادية في مواد الجنح المواعيد والإجراءات، وأحكام النفاذ المعجل المقررة في قانون الإجراءات الجنائية.
وتختص الدوائر الاستئنافية بالمحاكم الاقتصادية بالنظر ابتداء في قضايا الجنايات المنصوص عليها في القوانين المشار إليها في المادة السابقة.
