يتم الإعلان الإلكترونى بإعلان الدعوى على الموقع الإلكترونى قبل تاريخ الجلسة
المحددة بخمسة أيام عمل على الأقل ، وبإعلان الدولة على العنوان الإلكترونى المختار الخاص
بفرع هيئة قضايا الدولة المختص محليا ، وبالإعلان بذات الوسيلة على مكاتب المحامين
المقيدين بالسجل إذا اتخذ منه المعلن إليه محلا مختارا له ، ويعتبر الإعلان الإلكترونى
منتجا لأثره فى الإعلان متى ثبت إرساله .
