Article 28 of the Commercial Agency Law

تصدر اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون بقرار من وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة الخارجية ،
خلال أربعة أشهر من تاريخ نشره فى الجريدة الرسمية وتتضمن على وجه الخصوص تحديد
مدة سريان القيد بحيث لا تقل عن سنة ولا تزيد على خمس سنوات .
كما تتضمن الجزاءات التى يترتب على مخالفة أحكامها بما لا يجاوز عقوبة الغرامة بحد
أقصى مائة جنيه كما تحدد الحالات التى يجوز فيها بقرار من وزير الاقتصاد شطب القيد
بالسجل المشار إليه فى المادة ( ٢ ) لمدة لا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات .
