يعاقب تأديبيا العامل المسئول عن مخالفة حكم المادة ( ١٣ ) من هذا القانون .
وإذا ثبت أن المخالفة عمدية وبالتواطؤ مع الوكيل أو الوسيط التجارى التزم العامل مع
الوكيل أو الوسيط التجارى بالتضامن ، بما يستحق من مبالغ الضريبة والتعويضات
والغرامات كل ذلك مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد منصوص عليها بقانون آخر .
