تنشر الأحكام النهائية الصادرة فى الجرائم المنصوص عليها بالمواد أرقام (١٦ ، ١٧ ، ١٨ ، ١٩) من هذا القانون فى جريدتين يوميتين واسعتى الانتشار يحددهما الحكم ، وبالنشرة التى تعدها الوزارة المختصة بسجلى الوكلاء والوسطاء التجاريين أو السماسرة العقاريين ، وذلك على نفقة المحكوم عليه .
